To re-start concurrent manager if Concurrent Program Phase is "Inactive" and Status is "No Manager"

Set the APPS Environment

Check the Status:

$adcmctl.sh status apps/<apps password>

To Stop:

adcmctl.sh stop apps/<apps password>

To start:

adcmctl.sh start apps/<apps password>
